2. License

3. Your Account


  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
  • You must keep your login credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Role-based permissions are assigned by your farm administrator

    You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to access data you are not authorised to view
  • Interfere with the Service's security or operation

    • 5. Farm Data


  • You retain ownership of all farm data you create
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your records
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on Service data

    • 6. Payments


    Some features may require paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.


    7. Service Availability


    The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability, especially in areas with poor connectivity.


    8. Offline Functionality


    The Service supports offline drafts. You are responsible for syncing offline data when connectivity returns. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure before sync.


    9. Limitation of Liability


    Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


    10. Termination


    You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


    11. Changes


    We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


    12. Governing Law


    These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
